This is the terms of service agreement. Note! This is a legally binding user agreement that you agree to by using HotKiddush. By signing up and/or using this site you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not wish to agree to the terms of this agreement then do not sign up for or use HotKiddush. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without notice. 1. You represent and warrant that all information you submit to HotKiddush is accurate and that such submission is not in violation of any legal or contractual restrictions, or in violation of any third-party rights. HotKiddush has no obligation to verify the identity of users or to supervise the content that is submitted to the web site. Should your personal information change subsequent to your registering with HotKiddush you agree to modify your profile accordingly. 2. You represent and warrant that you are not under the age of 18 and that you do not have more than one HotKiddush account. 3. HotKiddush may terminate your account at its own discretion and without prior warning. If HotKiddush terminates your account you agree not to create another account. 4. You have to indemnify and hold harmless HotKiddush and all persons and entities associated with HotKiddush from any and all damages, losses, or costs related to your usage of this web site. This includes but is not limited to violation of third-party rights or copyright or other laws. You agree not to submit any pictures or information that are sexually suggestive, hateful, slanderous, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate. We encourage users to use traditional Jewish law and custom as a general guide and to consult with knowledgeable rabbis if they are unsure as to what may be inappropriate. Content and/or profiles may be removed at the sole discretion of HotKiddush. 8. You agree to report to HotKiddush any information or content on the web site, or conduct of other members, that may be inappropriate or otherwise in violation of this agreement. 9. You agree to connect only with other users that you know personally, are capable of vouching for, and are willing to vouch for. 10. You agree not to harass other members or to otherwise use HotKiddush for malicious purposes. 11. You agree not to use HotKiddush for purposes of transmitting �junk mail�, �spam�, or other unwanted communications. 12. You agree not to use HotKiddush for commercial purposes. Use of HotKiddush is restricted to individuals who agree to use HotKiddush for personal and professional purposes. 13. All services of HotKiddush are offered �as-is�, with no guarantees for continuation of service or quality of service. 14. HotKiddush is a religious-based service to help connect people within a limited community and you agree to uphold the integrity of this site. 15.
